Your role as Manager Audit & Assurance
As a Manager Audit & Assurance, you are responsible for the entire audit process: from audit planning and risk assessment to the auditor’s report and evaluation. You act as the link between clients, your team, and the organization, ensuring quality, progress, and successful outcomes.
What will you do?
Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
Prepare and review audit plans, management letters, audit reports, and auditor’s opinions
Oversee team planning and resource management
Monitor timelines, quality standards, and budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and discuss engagement budgets
Collaborate with internal specialists across various disciplines
Coach and develop team members
Work on-site at client locations
What do you bring?
RA qualification or currently in the final stage of obtaining your RA designation
At least 5 years of experience in Audit & Assurance
Experience with the Dutch Accounting Standards (Dutch GAAP)
Experience preparing and reviewing audit reports and audit documentation
A solution-oriented, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
